Heidi Lawrence, lovingly known as “the pink lady,” is a dedicated leader, advocate, and professional whose life reflects a commitment to service, empowerment, and care. A former Girl Scout, Heidi earned the prestigious Bronze, Silver, and Gold community service awards, setting the foundation for her lifelong dedication to helping others.

Her certifications include CPR, AED, and emergency oxygen, and she also holds a professional Cosmetology license. Heidi’s accomplishments extend beyond her civilian life, she was awarded official membership into the United States Army’s Order of the Spur, a distinction recognizing excellence and perseverance.

Heidi is also a Certified Life Coach and ordained Minister, using her skills to inspire and uplift others. She serves as the Adult Women’s Program Coordinator for the Disability EmpowHer Network, where she champions inclusion and leadership opportunities for women with disabilities.

Currently, Heidi is living her passion by working in nutrition as a Diet Technician at the nationally ranked University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital. Her work allows her to combine compassion and skill to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. Through her career, service, and advocacy, Heidi continues to embody empowerment, resilience, and kindness in everything she does.
